ARCHITECTURALLY INCLINED
Anna Lauri’s background in Architecture and Design began at the University of Michigan when she graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Architecture. Prior to branching into commercial real estate development and real estate sales, Anna worked the first seven years of her career in architecture and design in the Los Angeles and Orange County, California areas.
The rest of our agents also come from this combination background, meaning we are available to consult on design and renovation projects, as well as project management and city process.

Jennifer Montano
Jennifer's career in Escrow began as a receptionist in 1997. By 2001 she had worked her way up to an Escrow Officer. She handles it all... residential resale, multi-family resale as well as refinances. If you ask Jennifer, she loves being an Escrow Officer and finds the career incredible rewarding.
The best part of Jennifer's job is seeing the happiness on your face when buying your first home or selling to begin a new journey.

Melissa has been around the block… The mortgage block. She’s been slaying underwriters and getting stamps of approval for her clients since 2011. Before that she was in the business banking and investment finance world so numbers are pretty much her game.
Whether this is your first go ‘round or you are a seasoned real estate maestro, Melissa can use her patience and experience to make sure you are on the right path to homeownership, that you are in the right program for you (this one’s a biggie), and that everything goes off without a hitch.

Green Light Real Estate Inspections
Ryan has been a licensed Home Inspector for over 15 years, performed over 6,000 paid inspections, and mentored dozens of licensed inspectors throughout Arizona. He has been an educator in the business of Home Inspection for several years.
He has found purpose in education and relationships through real estate inspections. Having been fortunate enough to have met many wonderful people along the way who have helped him shape his career over the years, he looks forward to continuing to build relationships and foster trust with his clients.

When we work for you to buy, sell, lease or renovate a home, we're also committed to giving back our communities.
BENEFITTING
Every year, we host our clients, team of industry colleagues, sub-contractors, friends and a few neighbors for a night to celebrate them and the successes of the past year.
$150
For every home sale closing (whether we represent the seller or the buyer) a contribution of $150 will be made to your favorite non-profit holding a 501(c)3 status.
1% OF FEES
A contribution of 1% of all fees collected for design and consulting services will be made at the close of each year to one or more deserving non-profits holding a 501(c) 3 status.
$25
For every home rental closing (whether we represent the landlord or tenant) a contribution of $25 will be made to your favorite non-profit holding a 501(c)3 status.
