Some of our favorite projects have been opportunities to fully remodel a home to custom fit our clients needs. Because of our unique background in architecture and design, as well as real estate, we stay by your side through the entire renovation process.

In addition to the permitted primary suite conversion and bathroom addition, we opened and updated the kitchen, updated all of the lighting, made a larger arch opening to the dining room and updated the HVAC system, electrical panel and a bulk of the plumbing.
After 18 short months, our clients decided to move back to the east coast and sold this home for $257,500 more than what they purchased the home for in July of 2020.

There was so much stacked against this house, until we laid our eyes on it and sold the vision to our clients. While the home was marketed as a 3 bedroom... you had to actually go through a bedroom to get to a bedroom. We took advantage of the unpermitted "Arizona Room" and the awkward third bedroom situation to make this house a dream home for our first time buyers. The awkward third bedroom became a large on-suite bathroom and walk-in closet and a portion of that Arizona Room got carved out to be the new primary bedroom.

Our team completed a kitchen refresh that included painting the cabinets and adding a new sink, brass faucet and quartzite counters. The primary bathroom of this condo got a wall added to make the entire bathroom private from the sleeping area.
We added a second sink at the vanity, rebuilt the shower, removed the old tub and added a beautiful free-standing tub. Our team completed about $38k in cosmetic updates and she ended up selling for about $100k more than she would have without the updates.

This full remodel features a large master retreat with a dual vanity, brushed brass finishes and original built-in closet space. Master bathroom addition took some rearranging of interior walls for space at the back to improve function.
We opened some walls to create the open-concept plan which allows the kitchen with eat-at counter to flow into the dining room and the living room. The attached guest house includes a coffee-bar kitchenette and bathroom.

This renovation was no small undertaking as it involved removing walls to expand the master bedroom, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. We also adding in square-footage with the permitted conversion of the workshop into a 4th bedroom.
The kitchen was completely gutted and replumbed, replaced with new cabinets, top of the line, stainless steel appliances and beautiful quartz countertops. This transformation took place in 6 weeks and I'm still in awe of how quickly we got this one completed.
